Cibola offers shipping to all cities in Indonesia and worldwide!

  • Domestic Deliveries, we use : “POS Indonesia”
  • International Deliveries, we use : “EMS Pos Indonesia”

Delivery schedule, can be found at “POS Indonesia” and “EMS POS Indonesia” website upon request. All orders will be proceed once we have received the payment. The delivery schedule may vary based on delivery service and destination chosen by customer. Please note that international delivery could take between 8-15 days depending on destination. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are excluded. All deliveries will be carried out from Denpasar-Bali.

Delivery cost will be calculated and automatically added at the checkout page when both delivery service and destination have been selected (sometimes we offer a free shipping cost for you, so make sure to visit our website regularly and get your free shipping).

We will send the shipment tracking details of your order to your email once your order has been shipped. Kindly visit the shipping company’s website to track your order by entering your tracking/reference number. For our registered user, we prepared a tracking button on “MY Account” page.

Cibola is not responsible for any delays or loss of products due to incomplete, misspelled or incorrect address as well as no recipient present at the address and for any problems caused by shipping company. If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s error. If there are any shipping errors caused by Cibola, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.

We are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged relating to customer’s. state policies. If the customer decided to refuse the delivery, customer will be responsible for all fees charged by the shipping company – (for both sending and returning the product to us).
