Return and exchange of Cibola products should be made in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags still attached) and reported within 3 days after the received date. We only accept return due to defective products. We recommend you to send back our product via registered post since we are not responsible for any lost items during shipping.
Please note, that return and exchange product only available for items bought from our web store. For international exchange product, an additional shipping cost will be charged to resend your new product. Return and exchange of product exceeding the time mentioned above (within 3 days after product has been received) will be customer’s responsibility and we have the right to reject it. If we unable to return and exchange the product due to unavailability (out of stock), we will refund it in the form of Store Credit. All sale or promotional items are not eligible for return and exchange. Returns and exchanges of damaged, spoiled or altered products are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer (additional shipping cost will apply).
To return and exchange our products, please use the Return Form mentioning your name, reason of return/exchange, order ID, and product name. We would appreciate if you can attach images and description of our defect product.
